From inside the app (recommended)
- 1Open Apsara Wallet and sign in.
- 2Go to Profile → Security.
- 3Tap Delete Account and confirm with your password.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

By email request
Email us from the address registered on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify that you own the address and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted
- Your wallets and their balances
- Every transaction, transfer and receipt record
- Budgets, savings goals and custom categories
- Your profile, credentials and notification settings
Want a copy first? Export your transactions to CSV from Transaction History before you delete — we cannot recover the data afterwards.

What we may keep
Records we are required to retain by law, and anonymous aggregate counts that cannot be traced back to you.
