Apsara Wallet is a personal finance app for Cambodia. Track spending across multiple wallets in riel and dollars, scan receipts on your device, set budgets that actually hold, and see where your money goes.
The essentials, done properly — not a spreadsheet with a logo on it.
Each feature exists because tracking money in Cambodia has its own shape — two currencies, cash-heavy spending, and receipts that come on paper.
Keep cash, bank and mobile-money balances apart. Move money between your own wallets without it polluting your income and expense totals.
Log an expense in seconds with categories, notes and your choice of riel or dollars. Search, filter by category and date, then export the result to CSV.
Point your camera at a receipt and the amount, date and merchant are read on your device. Nothing is uploaded to be parsed.
Set a monthly limit per category. Spending is measured against it from your real ledger, so the number on your dashboard is the truth.
Name a goal, set a target, and track progress toward it. Goals are tracking-only — they never quietly move your money around.
See a category breakdown, your biggest spend areas and a daily or monthly trend. Insights are computed on your device from your own ledger.
No bank linking, no paperwork, no waiting for approval. You are recording your own money.
Add one wallet per place you actually keep money — cash in hand, your bank account, your mobile wallet. Set the opening balance and you are done.
Add transactions by hand or scan the receipt. Set up recurring entries for rent and subscriptions so they post themselves.
Budgets, analytics and insights update from the same ledger. Adjust, and watch next month look different.
A finance app earns trust by what it refuses to do. Here is what Apsara Wallet refuses.
Turn on a PIN or your fingerprint or Face ID. The app locks on launch and whenever it returns from the background.
Receipt scanning and spending insights run on your phone. Your raw receipts and your spending patterns are not sent away to be analysed.
We do not sell your personal or financial data to third parties. There is no advertising business behind this app.
Delete your account from inside the app, or request deletion here on the web. Your data goes with it.

No. There is no bank linking and no paperwork. You create a wallet for each place you keep money and record what you spend — which is also why it works for cash.
Yes. Enter each transaction in the currency you actually paid in. Exchange rates come from our server, so totals across both currencies stay consistent.
Your last loaded wallets, transactions, categories and budget stay readable offline. New entries need a connection to sync.
Nowhere. Receipt text is read by your phone, and the amount, date and merchant are filled in for you to check. The image is not uploaded to be parsed.
Both. Export the transactions you are looking at to CSV at any time, and delete your account with everything in it from inside the app or from this site.
